Biography

Tochukwu Okoye is a PhD research student at King's College, London. He holds an LL.B (Hons) Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an LL.M in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London as well as a M.Sc in Global Politics (Distinction) from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Research

His PhD research at King's College, London focuses on the Basel Accords examined through the lens of legitimacy in global governance. His current research interests are soft law norms, global governance institutions, and asymmetric power relationships in the politics of international finance.
