Biography

Professor Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in business psychology, talent management, leadership development, and people analytics. He is the Chief Talent Scientist at ManpowerGroup, Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London, and Columbia University, and co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling. He has previously held academic positions at New York University and the London School of Economics, and frequently lectures at Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, London Business School, Johns Hopkins, IMD, and INSEAD.

Tomas has published 10 books and over 150 scientific papers, making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation. He is a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, and the Guardian, and a keynote speaker for the Institute of Economic Affairs. His latest book, Why do so many incompetent men become leaders (and how to fix it), is published by Harvard Business Review Press.
