
Biography
Tyler Maher is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Nutritional Sciences.
Following a BSc from Sheffield Hallam University, Tyler was awarded a scholarship to study Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University. From there, Tyler obtained his PhD from Oxford Brookes University in 2019, examining lipids and appetite regulation. Tyler is currently undertaking research examining commercially relevant lipids and cardiovascular health.
Other research interests include the role of nutrition in weight management strategies and the interaction of physical activity and nutrition in health.'
