Andrew was theologian in residence' at St James C of England parish, in Weybridge, Surrey from May 2016 – April 2017. He was primarily involved in an advisory role in methods of theological education for lay people (although he has also been in consultation with the clergy). This role entailed retreats for lay people and a day's retreat for the retired clergy of Surrey, and publications (see below).
