Yasuto Dobashi researches the management of sterling from 1958 to 1972, focussing on the political economy of monetary policy and fiscal mobilisation. He is the recipient of The Kikawada Foundation Fund, Japan. Yasuto holds an MA in Economics from Keio University, where he also completed a BA in Economics. Alongside his current PhD research on the political economy of monetary and fiscal policy at King's College London, Yasuto is also conducting research for the Japanese Ministry of Labour, Health and Welfare on social housing policies in England.
