Course features
Perfect for those looking to develop into an innovative leader, this course will provide you with the toolkit and abilities needed to take an entrepreneurial viewpoint when looking at your organisation and role. You’ll be equipped to efficiently navigate uncertainty, stay at the forefront of your sector and maintain an engaged and motivated workforce.
| Day 1 |
The first day will begin with an introduction to the 7 Skills of an Entrepreneurial Mindset framework and its connection to usefulness in a leadership context. You’ll take a deep dive into the skillset for Disruptive Thinking and Building Effective Entrepreneurial Teams, looking at the latest research on the Neuroscience of Entrepreneurship. These skills will then be applied in an immersive mini hackathon exercise where you’ll work in teams to respond creatively to a problem-based case study. |

| Day 2 |
On the second day, you’ll deep dive into the skills of Validate and Think Lean. This focuses on how to keep entrepreneurial experimentation alive within organisations of all sizes and will include tools such as the Business Model Canvas, Customer Personas and Assumption Matrixing. Following this, we’ll conduct site visits to entrepreneurial hotspots around London to hear from entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial leaders on how they apply different skills in their unique contexts. |
| Day 3 |
Focusing on the skills of Compel, Get It Done and Commit to Growth, this final day will look at your personal role as a leader and how you embody an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as how you encourage others in your organisation to follow suit. Topics will include forming compelling value propositions statements, value led leadership, motivation theory and practice, understanding vanity metrics and organisational growth mindset. You’ll finish by creating an individual Entrepreneurship Leadership action plan that you can immediately implement in your role. |
