The Study Abroad Postgraduate Taught Programme allows students who are currently studying on a Masters programme at an overseas university to study for one or two semesters at King's. As a Postgraduate Taught student you will have access to a wide range of modules which will give you the opportunity to expand upon the courses that you have completed at your home university. The Study Abroad Programme is fully integrated so you will attend the same classes and live in the same accommodation as any other King's student. English language requirements
If you require a tier 4 visa, you must meet the specific Level B2 English Language requirements as specified on the UKBA website http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/
King's accepts a number of English language qualifications, including IELTS and TOEFL exams. The current requirements are:
IELTS: 7.0 overall; minimum of 6.0 in all four skills TOEFL: 100 + minimum 21 in Listening and Writing, 22 in Reading, 23 in Speaking
If students have 6.5 IELTS they need to take a pre-sessional course prior to the start of the semester or will receive a conditional offer based on achieving a 7.0 IELTS by the start of the semester. We do not accept any students below a 6.5.
Students enrolled on a Masters programme outside of the UK who would like to study abroad at King's College London.
