Aims
The aim of this study is to develop a programme theory of the Lewisham 24/7 Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre and its systemic impact. This will include: key contextual influences on implementation and hence model fidelity; key aspects of fidelity and how they lead to the observed outcomes via potential mechanisms of action; and a cost consequences analysis.
