The Akoya PhenoCycler is an advanced spatial biology platform for ultrahigh-plex tissue analysis, enabling simultaneous visualization of dozens to over 100 proteins within a single sample at single-cell resolution. Using DNA-barcoded antibodies and iterative imaging cycles, it preserves tissue integrity while revealing detailed spatial context, cellular phenotypes, and cell-cell interactions. This deep, multiplexed spatial profiling supports multiomic studies (coupled with 10x Xenium slides) to better understand complex tissue environments and disease states.
