Data deposit request form

Who should fill in this form?

Any King's researcher who would like to deposit their research data with the King's RDM System for long term preservation and - where appropriate - continued public access. 

Use our Data Deposit Checklist to prepare your data for deposit. 

Help with filling in the form is provided by our step-by-step Data Deposit Request User Guide. 

Fill in as many fields as you can. We will contact you if we require any additional information or clarification. Alternatively, you can complete a Word version of the Data Deposit Request form and email it to
