COVID-19 work at HSCWRU

Unit staff are involved in a number of projects related to the COVID-19 pandemic, either leading them or as members of multi-centre teams. This page, outlines their work and will be updated as the Unit's contribution develops.

Policy Research Programme studies

The Health & Social Care Workforce Research Unit is core funded by the NIHR Policy Research Programme. See an overview of current work being undertaken specifically for the Policy Research Programme.

NIHR School for Social Care Research

The SSCR was established in 2009 and is one of the leading funders of research into adult social care practice in England. See SSCR-commissioned work at the Unit.

NIHR Applied Research Collaboration South London 

The National Institute for Health Research funds local collaborations to support applied health research and research on implementation of health and care evidence into day-to-day practice. Staff at the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce are leading on the NIHR ARC South London’s Social Care theme.
