Boosting your wellbeing

Move Your Mind aims to promote improved physical and mental health to the King's Community; offering classes, courses and exclusive events that focus on the connection between 'mind' with 'body' and therefore improve overall health and wellbeing.

Online Classes 

We offer a variety of wellness classes across our programmes, giving everyone a chance to get involved in wellness activity such as meditation, journaling and Yoga.

Move Your Mind will be taking a break from 8th August. Our online wellness support will return in September for the new academic year.
