Online Classes
King's Sport are pleased to announce the multi-award winning Move Your mind programme will free of charge for the King's community. Move Your consists of 50 online classes a week that focus on your physical and mental wellbeing, all accessible from the comfort of you're own home via MS Teams.
We offer a variety of wellness classes across our programmes, giving everyone a chance to get involved in the following:
- Meditation: 15 minute guided sessions found at various times throughout the week
- Journaling: hourly sessions with a wellness coach prompting you to get pen to paper to help manage thoughts and feelings more clearly.
- Yin yoga: also called restorative or slow yoga, these sessions incorporate asanas (postures) that are specifically designed to alleviate tension and stress throughout the body.
To get access to our classes, firstly sign up for a free membership, once your membership is set up you can start booking your place for our online classes, we will then send you the information on how to attend the class.
All King's Sport members (Gyms, BeActive) have access to the programme through their memberships. If you are not a King's Sport member you can access Move Your Mind through our 'Free online membership' which you can sign up to below.
