Boosting your wellbeing

Move Your Mind aims to promote improved physical and mental health to the King's Community; offering classes, courses and exclusive events that focus on the connection between 'mind' with 'body' and therefore improve overall health and wellbeing.



New for 2022

After two years, our award-winning Move Your Mind online classes have come to an end. However, we're pleased to be able to offer a free, online and on-demand service that will take its place.

Through partnership with fitness provider, Les Mills, we can offer several different classes ranging from meditation to HIIT.  Content will be updated regularly to keep your online workouts exciting and fresh. 

To access this service all you need is go to our page on KEATS, log in using your King's account and click the 'Enroll me' button at the bottom of the screen.
