Physiotherapy Support

We aim to use our problem-solving skills so you can get better and do what you love. We have a dual function as a provider of Physiotherapy, and as a practice educator for Physiotherapy students in BSc and MSc level.

We believe that you are an individual, and therefore you need a tailored approach. Understanding you and anything that can impact on your health is key for us, that is why we take time in a thorough assessment.

About the Service

This year, in collaboration with the KCL Physiotherapy department, we have developed a new and exciting opportunity for King's students.

The Sport & Wellness Clinic is located at King's Sport Waterloo Gym and will be open every Tuesday from 11am-7pm.

We offer different types of appointments to fit your needs and specific goals.

Physiotherapy screening: we will ask you questions about your general health, physical activity, lifestyle, past medical history, injury history, training routine, etc and we will assess your general mobility, flexibility, strength, and proprioception (balance). The outcome is a personalised plan in any areas where we detect you can improve.
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment: If you have an injury, we will assess you and provide a treatment plan. This might include a course of Physiotherapy sessions, referral to further medical investigations or to other healthcare professionals when needed.
We believe in a holistic approach. This means we want to help “the whole of you”, you are not an injury, you are an individual, and we take this in consideration when planning our treatments. That is why we work alongside our multidisciplinary team, to offer Nutrition advise, Sports Psychology, Lifestyle and Strength and Conditioning support.
