KCL Geography alumna Dr Zoe Lee wins Silver in Rio

King’s Geography alumnus Dr Zoe Lee won a silver medal in her Olympic debut at the Rio Games.
Having completed her PhD in Geography at King’s in March, Zoe competed in Rio for Team GB in the women’s eight rowing.
Zoe won the gold medal in the eight at the 2016 European Rowing Championships.
Whilst at Kings, Zoe was a member of the Earth and Environmental Dynamics research group, investigating the role of turbulence in Aeolian sand transport
