Caprotti talks Eco-Cities on BBC Radio 4

Posted on 22/04/2015

BBC Radio 4’s Costing the Earth programme, which aired on 21 and 22 April, provided a critical look at current eco-city mega-projects. Federico Caprotti was interviewed by the Costing the Earth team for the programme, which also featured representatives of major global urban design and architecture firms involved in planning eco-cities in China, the Gulf, and other countries. The programme drew on Federico’s recent research on eco-cities, which includes his recent book Eco-Cities and the Transition to Low Carbon Economies (Palgrave, 2015), which focuses in detail on two of the biggest eco-cities under construction globally.
