As exam season approaches, building movement into your routine can help support your wellbeing. Research suggests that even light physical activity can help reduce stress and improve mood during periods of academic pressure, helping you feel more balanced day to day.
To make it easier to stay active during this busy time, the BeActive membership price is being reduced for Term 3. From 5 May – 7 June, students can access unlimited BeActive sessions for £15 for five weeks, offering a low-cost way to take a break from revision and try something new.
This term also introduces new activities including Beach Volleyball, Dodgeball and T1 Rugby, alongside a broad mix of indoor and outdoor sessions such as Tennis, Netball, Swimming, Yoga and Pilates. Sessions take place across Strand, Guy’s, Denmark Hill and central London locations, making it easier to fit activity around your schedule.
