King's Answers: Opening the door to support at King’s

You may start to see the name King’s Answers across the University this academic year.

If you've already come across references to Student Services Online or Student Services Frontline, these are now coming together under the name of King's Answers.

By bringing our student enquiry services together under this name, we’re making it easier for you to know where to go when you have a question.

Whether you have a question about:

  • your studies
  • student records
  • fees and funding
  • wellbeing support
  • university services or student life

King's Answers is here to open the door to information, advice and support, helping you find the right answer and connect with the right team.

Over the coming months, you may still see references to Student Services Online or Student Services Frontline in some places. Over time, this will be updated to King’s Answers.

You will continue to receive support from the same services and teams across King’s.
