Boost your wellbeing with Take Time Out this May

Do you want to find that work-life balance? Are you struggling with exams and deadlines? Boost your wellbeing with KCLSU’s Take Time Out from Tuesday 2 May to Thursday 18 May.

This May sees the return of Take Time Out, the biggest wellbeing initiative in the academic year from KCLSU, encouraging you to take time out of your studies to explore ways to relax and boost your wellbeing.

Don’t miss the Take Time Out pop-ups

The Take Time Out pop-ups are back on campus, you can drop in have a chat and try activities, crafts, games or blend your own smoothie on the smoothie bike.

All King's students are welcome and there's no need to need to book, just look out on the dates below:

  • Guy’s campus from Tuesday 2 May – Friday 5 May
  • Maughan Library from Tuesday 9 May – Friday 12 May
  • Waterloo campus from Monday 15 May – Tuesday 16 May
  • Denmark Hill campus from Wednesday 17 May – Thursday 18 May

What other wellbeing support is available from KCLSU and King’s?

KCLSU Wellbeing supports you to take care of yourself and get the best of your King’s experience. Check out the Wellbeing Hub to discover the King’s Ways to Wellbeing, learn new things, discover how to savour the moment and to watch videos on the hub’s Support Cinema where students offer advice on various mental health topics.

There are also many ways to stay connected to your peers, such as a variety of Student Groups, Black Students Talk, and the Positive Peers.
