Temporary closure of our buildings over the Easter period

During the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, Friday 3 April - Monday 6 April, some of our buildings will be temporarily closed.

These closures allow us to reduce the energy and water used by our buildings while they’re not in use, helping us to reduce our overall consumption and meet our sustainability and carbon emission reduction goals.

Please see below the list of closures over this period.

Strand campus, Bush House Complex:

  • Bush House North East Wing
  • Bush House Centre Block
  • Melbourne House
  • Bush House South East Wing: Closed except the NHS Medical Centre & Building reception.

Strand campus, Strand Buildings

  • Somerset House East Wing - Watch House Café remains open
  • Chesham Building
