Guidance for overseas partners and advisors
Support your incoming students and help them take the next step as they study abroad at King's College London.
Nominations and how to apply
The nomination and application process for September 2018 entry will open on 2 January 2018.
We ask all overseas institutions to complete a nomination form for each of their students who plan on applying to study abroad at King's College London as part of an exchange agreement between their home university and King's College London for either one semester or a full year.
The online nomination form for the academic year 2018/19 can be accessed here.
The deadline to complete and submit a nomination form for each of your exchange students for September 2018 entry is 15 March 2018.
After you have submitted nomination forms for your exchange students, you need to direct your nominated students to apply online here. The Admissions team at King's admits students on a rolling basis, so students should be encouraged to get this process started as soon as possible.
Help on the application process can be found on our 'How to apply' webpage or through an email to the study abroad admissions team. Please also advise your students to read our Study Abroad Application Guidance Notes on the above webpage too!
If a student is not being nominated by their home university to study abroad at King's as part of an exchange partnership in place between our universities, they should simply apply online before the deadline of 31 March 2018.
*Exception: If a student is applying for the Health & Society Programme, the application deadline is 1 March 2018.
