Contract lengths: frequently asked questions

My programme runs for a calendar year. Can I book accommodation during the summer period?

We have limited accommodation available throughout the summer period. If you decide to extend your stay and you are on a standard 40 week agreement, please contact our Reservations Team for availability and pricing. Accommodation is offered on contracts between 4 - 11 weeks.

My programme is shorter than 40 weeks; will I be able to terminate my contract early?

No. The minimum contract length offered is 40 weeks, and if you leave your accommodation early you will remain liable for payment unless you find a replacement tenant in line with your licence agreement conditions.

Can I stay in my room during the Christmas and Easter holidays?

Yes. Your accommodation contract includes the Christmas and Easter holidays. You will be invoiced and are liable for accommodation fees for the Christmas and Easter holidays, even if you do not stay in your room during the holidays.

When does my contract start?

Although you are able to move-in between over the weekend of 14-15 September, your contract officially starts on 16 September 2019, even if you decide to arrive after the main arrivals dates.
