Residences Welfare Leads are post-graduate students or full-time employees at King’s College London that choose to volunteer with King’s Residences to deliver on student wellbeing initiatives. The opportunity covers are range of areas from student welfare and conduct, to building a safe and nurturing environment for all residents. This is a great opportunity for those looking to make a real impact to students that would otherwise find life at university very hard.

Being a Residence Associate (RA) is an opportunity of a lifetime and we encourage you to apply. It is a unique position which will challenge, inspire and motivate you. It also provides financial support for the present and valuable skills and work experience for the future. RAs help build community within the residences by planning educational, academic, social activities, and events; by fostering relationships with residents; and by encouraging campus involvement.

Become a Community Facilitator: recruitment is now closed
Working in collaboration with a number of services across the university, CFs act as role models and peers and help to develop communities for students to live and learn in. Being an CF is an exciting and life changing opportunity – you will make friends for life, build an incredible network, enjoy the status of the position (and the popularity!) as well as gaining experience and receiving training that is highly valued by employers.
