Urban Geography: Exploring the City (Module)

Module description

The module explores the relationships between urbanisation and the broader social, economic, environmental and political processes within which the growth and decline of cities are embedded.  It is organised into three themes that collectively explore some of the key material and ideological contexts relating to urban growth.  Examples are chosen from a wide range of periods and places.
