This compulsory module prepares students to write a dissertation related to a scholarly question arising from the study of Emerging Economies and International Development which provides a focus on the interaction between how emerging economies provide equitable development and issues related to economic development, industrial policy and the sustainable expansion of countries productive capacities. Students will be given guidance on choosing a research topic, writing a literature review, structuring an argument and completing the dissertation proposal/ final dissertation.
