This module aims to give students an understanding of the dynamics surrounding environmental politics (with particular reference to the Global South). The module will introduce students to debates on the role of environmental actors (such as NGOs, states, TNCs, community groups). Familiarising students with cutting-edge research (including staff research) in the fields of political ecology and environmental politics.
