The Territorial and Boundary Dispute Resolution module is designed to be, above all else, hands-on, ground-up and practical. Overtly multidisciplinary, it consists of three main sections: firstly, an introductory section revolving around recognition of what disputes actually comprise, crucial to their management and resolution; secondly, we take a tour d’horizon around some of the world’s most intractable territorial disputes through the eyes of acknowledged regional specialists; finally, we review practical aspects of boundary and territorial disputes – concentrating upon evidentiary and cartographic themes.
