Module description
This module aims to provide students with knowledge and a critical understanding of the structure, sources and content of the law relating to end of life decision-making in England and Wales and in a wide range of other jurisdictions including those which permit assisted dying, and the fundamental doctrines and principles which underpin it.
This module cannot be taken in combination with Law at the end of life 1: assisted dying or Law at the end of life 2: end of life decision-making.
