Study a range of management disciplines and related skills such as marketing, finance, operations and people management, allowing students to use the knowledge gained to begin to formulate their own business strategies. to the City of London and financial centre, ensures students are right on the edge of the thriving business community, and course activities, guest speakers and an excursion will broaden their understanding of how businesses compete in today's global marketplace.
This course is designed for students considering undergraduate study in Business Management and related subjects and comprises approximately 40 contact hours with teaching taking place from Monday to Friday. By the end of the module, you should have:
- experienced a variety of learning activities typical of a first year undergraduate degree in Business Management
- built on your existing knowledge of core topics covered in a first year undergraduate degree in Business Management
- carried out independent research on a given topic and produced a structured and well supported response to an assignment brief
