The International Political Economy MA will give you an in-depth knowledge of the political and economic forces that are transforming our world. You will explore at an advanced level the main theories and issues concerning the interaction of governments, business and other societal actors within different regions and across the globe. It is one of the most international courses in its field in the UK, currently attracting students from over 30 countries, offering you a rich diversity of backgrounds and perspectives.

We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as we may need to request further information from you to assess your application. This is particularly important if your application is successful, and you are required to meet any conditions and/or you need a Student Visa to study at King’s.

  • The final application deadline for any students who are currently residing in mainland China is 7 January 2023 (23:59 UK time). 

Please note: if you reside in mainland China and apply for this programme after the above deadline, your application may be automatically withdrawn and you will not be eligible for an application fee refund. 

  • Our first application deadline for any other applicants is on 6 March 2023 (23:59 UK time). The programme will remain open until the final application deadlines below if there are places still available:
  • Overseas (international) fee status: 24 July 2023 (23:59 UK time)
  • Home fee status: 24 August 2023 (23:59 UK time)

After the first application deadline, the programme will close at any point once it is full. Please note, you will not be eligible for an application fee refund if you apply after the first application deadline, and we are unable to process further offers because places are filled and we close the course before the final application deadline.
