King’s College London Students’ Union or KCLSU, is our award-winning students’ union and has nearly 300 societies, sports and other student activity groups for you to join.

Whether you’ve been doing it for years or feel like trying something new, there are an enormous variety of opportunities where you can get involved, make new friends, have fun and be part of the student community.

As a student at King’s, you are automatically a member of KCLSU. Your membership to the Union is free and brings with it a number of opportunities for you to get the most out of your time at King’s and in London.

KCLSU supports students all through their time at King’s. KCLSU organise social, sporting and cultural activities, provide opportunities to develop skills, ensure students can voice their opinions as well as being there with advice and support when it is needed.

As a student at King’s you are also able to use the facilities of the University of London's Student Central, previously known as University of London's Union (ULU).

As a student attending university in the UK, you are eligible to apply for a TOTUM membership (previously called NUS extra), which opens up a world of brilliant student discounts and offers on everyday essentials, must-have tech and luxury items.

TOTUM is the only student discount platform endorsed by the National Union of Students (NUS) who represents all students in the UK.
