Staffing
Full-time staff members from Summer Programmes will be available to help with any issues that students may encounter while studying online. Students can contact the Summer Team through Microsoft Teams, via email or by phone on +44(0)20 7848 1218.
Online academic sessions will be led by King's Faculty and Summer Society events will be run by King's Ambassadors or the Summer Team. Our Summer School ambassadors are current King's students who have been carefully selected to help students make the most of the programme and learn more about Life at King's
Code of Conduct
To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on the programme, all students are required to sign and adhere to our student code of conduct. This outlines the programme rules and regulations, expected behaviour and conduct towards fellow students and staff members.
If the code of conduct is broken, parents will be informed and the student may be removed from the programme. Please refer to our Parent/Guardian Information Document for full details (see important documents section).
Welfare, advice and counselling
The first point of contact for welfare issues will be the Summer Progammes team.
King's also has a dedicated and trained team of welfare, counselling and support staff who are available for students during the programme. This team can provide impartial and confidential support to the students if needed, whether this is for general support, advice or any particular issues that arise during the Summer School. Find out more on our Student Services webpage.
As a condition of offer, it is a requirement for parents or guardians to complete the Agreement to Study Form. The relevant form link will be sent via the Admissions Portal but is also accessible here:
