Ranked 2nd in London (Guardian University Guide 2018), study at a world-renowned university where Theology & Religion have been taught for over 180 years. The Department of Theology & Religious Studies is a vibrant department reflecting a wide range of approaches to the study of religion. 

We offer study on a wide range of topics, with special expertise in Islam, Judaism, Christianity and Buddhism and a variety of contemporary religious movements. Our degrees are truly interdisciplinary and taught by specialists in religious studies, social sciences, philosophy of religion, ethics, history, biblical studies, theology, and art.  

Our teaching makes the most of London’s rich religious culture, incorporating many places of worship and the collections of the British Museum.

Modern Language Centre courses

As well as offering all King's students a discount on Evening & Saturday Language Courses, the Modern Language Centre provides undergraduates with the opportunity to study a language module for free with their degree.

So whether you are continuing your language studies from school, or wish to begin learning a brand new language from scratch, the MLC will ensure you have all the support and resources you need.
