KCL Flatmate Finder Hub
The KCL Flatmate Finder Hub hosts current and recently enrolled King's students who wish to:
- link up with other students looking for potential housemates to rent in the private sector
- advertise or find rooms in existing househares
- advertise or find room swaps in halls of residences
You are also welcome to share your house-hunting tips and experiences but if you are seeking advice on housing rights or need your contract checked contact the Money & Housing Advice Service
Please remember that this group is part of the King’s Community, be kind and civil to each other and always respect someone’s decision to decline to let or share with you. Any reports of bullying, harassment or intimidation (especially in relation to rent negotiation) will result in access to the group being suspended while claims are investigated and where appropriate these will be escalated through the university Report + Support. Any initial complaints about users should be sent to housing@kcl.ac.uk in the first instance, with relevant screen shots.
