Scholarship Evening October 2012

King’s entertained the latest intake of postgraduate scholarship students at a welcome event recently.

The Postgraduate Student Award Reception took place on 31 October and gave students the opportunity to meet other students from their regions. Masters and PhD students attended from 121 countries, confirming how King’s attracts the very best students from around the world.

King’s Masters students benefit from inspired and research-led teaching and doctoral researchers receive expert supervision leading to exceptional completion rates. They also have access to training through the Graduate School's Researcher Development Programme, and the opportunity to learn another language free of charge through a range of Modern Language Centre courses.

If you would like to find out more about what it is like to study at King’s as a postgraduate scholarship student, read the King’s scholar profile pages. Many of the students who attended the Reception have agreed to post their profiles there.
