Biography

Przemek received his Ph.D. from University of Economics in Katowice, where he permanently works as an associate professor at Department of HRM. He has been a leader of four externally funded projects and since 2011 has been the national team leader of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor project.

In 2018 he was awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship grant by European Commission which he commenced at King’s Business School in September 2018.

Research Interests

Przemek’s research interests focus on positive psychology, positive organizational scholarship, psychology of entrepreneurship, especially well-being of entrepreneurs and their families, positive approaches to leadership, including ethical, moral, authentic and servant leadership.
