Biography
Simone Maso joined the Qatar Center for Global Banking and Finance as a Research Assistant in October 2023. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Economics, which he earned from Padua University and Bocconi University, respectively.
Prior to joining King's College, he worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Schmitz and as a Trainee in the Directorate General Economics at the European Central Bank. His research interests span the areas of macroeconomics and macroeconometrics, with a particular focus on structural identification.
