Biography

Sinéad Burke is working in the ADDapt study which is a novel RCT investigating a specifically designed diet as treatment for Crohn’s Disease. Sinéad holds a BSc in Nutritional Sciences and a PgDip in Dietetics. Prior to joining Kings, Sinéad worked as a senior clinical dietitian at the national bowel hospital, St Mark's Hospital in London, specializing in intestinal failure and inflammatory bowel disease. She has presented at national and international conferences, championing the role of nutrition and dietitians in disease management.
