Biography

Tamara Kwofie is the Student Outcomes Manager (Attainment) based in the Student Transitions and Outcomes Department. She works to develop a strategic focus on supporting the King’s College community to effectively tackle structural inequality in education and her work centres around improving the opportunities and outcomes of underrepresented students. Prior to this, Tamara worked in the Arts and Humanities Faculty where she designed and developed the Ethnicity Awarding Gap Project. This work sought to better understand the student experience of UK-domiciled undergraduate students from Black, Asian, and Minority ethnic backgrounds in the faculty and will be published in an academic journal this winter.

Tamara is passionate about improving the holistic student experience and brings this to her work. Tamara holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Psychology and Education from the University of Cambridge.
