Biography

Tatiana is passionate about flexibility and mobility, coaching others to enhance performance when working out, which will help prevent injuries.

Whether it is through 1-2-1 training sessions or leading energetic group fitness classes, she inspires and supports individuals with different fitness levels to achieve their fitness goals. She believes that everyone has the right to excellent health and to be happy with themselves on the inside and out, therefore she studied the most effective and efficient ways to grow muscle mass and reduce body fat through exercise and nutrition.

She is also a professional dancer and choreographer, she holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance and Performance. Coming from a background heavily based on anatomy, physiology and psychology, she has used the knowledge from how we use our bodies to implement into her work.
