Growing up I always had an interest in developing nations. Studying at King’s enables me to explore what I can do to bring change and promote equality.

I like how I can tailor my course to what I am interested in - I focus primarily on the EU, foreign policy, and Russia and Eastern Europe.

As a MSc Global Affairs student, I had the opportunity to explore my interests by tailoring the course to my goals, with a comprehensive list of modules. I have also been taught by experts who foster discussions and support us in the development of key skills.

Learning from each other and getting knowledge from debates and dialogues creates the total package for a good start in reaching your personal and professional goals in life. And last but not least, I got the best friendships for a lifetime.

The teaching and tutorial support far exceeded my expectations, and I relished being part of such a diverse and intellectually engaged cohort. A year later I began teaching at a university, where I have continued to grow professionally and reflect on the ideas we explored on the MA.

I am fortunate to have found a home at King’s College London. In short, I am placed at the epicentre of intellectual discourse at the King’s College London, studying with international students and thriving in a conducive environment that furthers my professional and voluntary experience.

We study a diverse range of topics, taking multifaceted approaches to develop more detailed understandings of what can change the social world.
