As of today’s date we will be introducing a new, dedicated email address for Invigilators to ensure an easier, more efficient service for all.

Current invigilators can view and sign up to slots using our Invigilator Booking System
Details of the venue and timings of the examination will be specified on the booking system before you sign up to the slot. Examinations are held at our campuses (Waterloo, Strand, Guy’s, Denmark Hill and St Thomas’ Hospital) as well as at external examination venues.
Once you have signed up for a slot, you will receive an automated email to confirm your booking. Please read this email carefully as it will contain further instructions for the session and details of the examination organiser.
Please note that you will be able to view available slots as well as your history on the booking system; the system does not display slots which have already been taken by other invigilators.
