We are conducting a survey to update our records and enhance the services we provide to you. Your participation in this survey will allow us to tailor our offerings to better meet your interests and needs. Additionally, upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a bottle of Taittinger Brut Reserve Non-Vintage Champagne 750ml.

Survey closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 28 July 2024.

 

Purpose of Data Collection:

The information collected through this survey will be used to update your personal profile in the King’s Business School Executive Alumni database. This will help us to:

  • Provide more personalised communications and services.
  • Inform you about events, opportunities, and resources that are most relevant to your interests.
  • Improve our engagement with alumni through targeted outreach and programming.

 

Types of Data Collected:

The survey will collect the following types of information:

  • Contact details – name and email address email
  • The name of the Executive Education programme you attended at Kings Business School
  • Interests and preferences

 

Data Usage and Privacy:

  • The data collected will be used solely for the purposes mentioned above.
  • Your information will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorised personnel at King’s College London.
  • We will not share your personal data with third parties.

 

Your Rights:

  • Participation in this survey is voluntary.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your survey response before the survey closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 28 July 2024 by contacting us at kbsparticipants@kcl.ac.uk.

 

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

  • Eligibility: The prize draw is open to all King’s Business School Executive Alumni who complete the survey in full.
  • Entry: To enter the prize draw, complete and submit the survey by 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 28 July 2024. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Prize: The prize is a bottle of Taittinger Brut Reserve Non-Vintage Champagne 750ml. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place on 29 July 2024.
  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 60 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  • Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address provided in the survey within 60 days of claiming the prize.
  • General Conditions: King’s Business School reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by King’s Business School.
