Oral Examination Consent form - Supervisor to complete

Prior to the examination supervisors should liaise with their student and the examiners to agree on one of the above examination formats.

Once all parties involved have agreed the supervisor is required to complete the below Oral Examination Consent form, before the examination takes place

Please note: due to the limitations of the web form, a copy of it will only go to the student once submitted and not the supervisor.

The Research Degrees Examinations Team will have a record of the form in case there are any queries.
