Professor Dame Anne Marie Rafferty CBE is the immediate past-President of KCLA and was President of the Royal College of Nursing 2019-21. She is one of the country’s leading voices on health policy. In 2008 she was seconded to the Department of Health to work with Lord Darzi on the Next Stage Review of the NHS. Anne Marie was a member of the Prime Minister's Commission on the Future of Nursing and Midwifery between 2009-10 and a member of the Parliamentary Review of Health and Social Care in Wales which reported in 2018. Professor Rafferty is currently a member of The Times Health Commission.

This is the first time the Annual Address will be held at the Strand Campus for over a decade, giving you an opportunity to see the beneficial impact of recent investment in its fabric. The Annual Address will be followed by a Drinks Reception in the Great Hall. You can book your free ticket here.
