KCLA and the Steering Group invite you to the 50th Anniversary Celebration for the Classes of 1970–72 on Saturday 18 June 2022.

Tickets will cost £40 and are subsidised to celebrate the 50th Anniversary reunion. The price includes morning coffee and biscuits, a drinks reception, a two-course buffet lunch including wine, and cream tea.

The timetable for the day is:

  • 10.45: Registration and coffee, Strand Building Foyer
  • 11.30: King’s College London 1972–2022. A short talk in the Edmond J Safra Lecture Theatre on how King’s has grown from a college of 3,000 students to a multi-faculty University of outstanding international reputation with almost 30,000 students
  • 12.30: Drinks Reception, Foyer
  • 13.00: Buffet Lunch, Great Hall
  • 15.00: Visit the campus, including Bush House – a Grade II listed building between Aldwych and King’s Strand Campus, formally home to the BBC World Service – which is now part of King’s
  • 16.30: Cream tea (location to be decided in the light of the weather)

KCLA and the Steering Group hope you will join them to catch up with your peers after so many years and to see and hear how King’s has changed since you graduated.
