Speaker: Stephen Lintner, Visiting Professor at the Department of Geography, King’s College London

Hear from Stephen Lintner as he reflects on two contrasting professional roles and experiences: active participants in issues (actors) and thoughtful interpreters (observers). This includes perspectives drawn from a range of experiences, including academic inquiry, field-based research, economic development, international negotiations and think tanks.

His presentation will consider the key skills, both formal and informal, involved in these different roles. A discussion will follow the presentation.

Tea, coffee and cake will be provided in BH(NE) 6.05 before the seminar (12:30-13:00).

*If you are external to King's and would like to attend this event, please contact the event organiser.
