Boris Baranovski is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Eli Lewis at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. His thesis involves tissue protection and reduction of inflammation in favour of transplantation outcomes. His research focusses on modulation of T cells by alpha-1 antitrypsin, a circulating serine protease inhibitor.
