Our School's Development Diversity and Inclusion (DDI) committee will be hosting an Aspiring Leaders Symposium. All research staff, including PIs and PhD students are invited.

For early career researchers and academics to have the opportunity to discuss and learn more about career progression we will have a series of activities as follows:

• Learning about what the DDI group is trying to achieve
• Joe Burgoyne and Sarah Chapple will talk about life as a new academic member of staff at King’s
• Some of our postdoctoral academics and researchers will talk about their Fellowships
• Opportunities for other postdoctoral staff to give short ‘elevator’ talks about their work
• Social time, to allow all to network and a chance to have a say on some current issues.
