Dr Branwyn Poleykett is a research fellow at the ‘Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health’ and the University of Exeter. She is currently developing a project examining the emergence and social impact of cardiovascular diseases in the West African city of Dakar
We will discuss Branwyn’s draft paper about urban eating between two overlapping crises, a crisis of hunger and a crisis of complex overconsumption.
