Please join us for a conversation concerning the recent Supreme Court order in the Buddhadeb Karmaskar case recognising the right to dignity of sex workers. Several DBA feminists have disagreed with this framing of the Supreme Court on the issue of sex work. Hence we are bringing together sex workers from the All India Network of Sex Workers and academics working on caste and gender to discuss the SC’s order. This 90 minute Conversation will be moderated by Prof Sameena Dalwai.
